Project Management

Working with project managers, designers and purchasing managers, to cover the whole product development process.

Also, we have the ability to work as an outsourced project manager covering initial design and moulding work through to full production tooling and initial production runs. Initial production runs can be produced internally in our own factory or managed on an outsourced basis.
Examples of this are: -

  1. From an individual casting concept model through to the supply, in limited quantities, of iron, steel and aluminium castings.
  2. From an initial foam seat CAD model through to moulded PU foam supply.
    Produced in house at P+D

Note : When producing initial production runs we can also outsource additional components when required.
